3 Little Skin Secrets

Hey girlies! So today we have the 3 most important rules for keeping your skin as fresh and vibrant as it possibly can be! So enjoy!! And remember to comment, request, and share! :)


1. CLEAN IT!
     
     You always want to wash your face everyday, washing your face at night makes more sense due to the fact that it builds up residue throughout the day. When you clean your face you want to clean the oily spots the most.  Buying cleansers are the worst! We highly recommend to talk to your doctor before hand, they will be sure to tell you want type of skin you have and what will work the best for you.

2. MOISTURIZE!

     Don't you just hate the feeling of dry skin?! Ew!! That's exactly why moisturizing is super important. Without having moisture in your skin your skin would feel very rough and dehydrated. Skylar from the Beauty Baby Team says: " I always try my best to moisturize in my T- zone. ". 

3. Salicyilc Acid/ Toner

       Salicyilc Acid is very important if you have redness or inflammation in your skin use this daily for better results. A Toner mainly just gets rid of makeup, dirt, and grime that gets stuck in your pores.

1) Bake sale!! Hanna from The Beauty Baby team says: " Last spring me and my friend hosted a bake sale to give us some extra cash and donate to a local charity. We made different kinds of cookies and brownies. At the end of the day we made $300! I had so much fun and felt good giving some of the profit to charity too."


2) Yard Sale!! Having a yard sale can be a lot of stress and hard work, but if you take step by step and get some friends along the way to join in it can be a blast! You can make from around to $300-$1000 dollars or more based on what you have and how much you have. And remember to carefully price each item, not to low or not to high.


3) Baby Sitting!! Baby sitting is a lot of fun! You can be yourself, and act like a little kid again! Ha ha!! Any way to be a good Baby Sitter you really need to be independent, and mature. And make sure that you are first a certified Baby Sitter, and i highly recommend to take a class before hand. Baby Sitting profits range from $10-$30 dollars. It mainly depends on the parents and how long they are gone.

Ab's Fast! 


Do these 3 simple tricks about 4x each week and you'll have a nice belly in no time! 


1) When you are out buying groceries again try to pick up a few of these ab-terrific and yummy foods!!

  • Eggs
    • Eggs are a perfect way to start of your day, and even better that they help build muscle in your core area and everywhere else in your body. Oh, and did I mention that they delicious!!!
  • Broccoli
    • Broccoli is high in protein, and super colorful! He he . . . anyway, this veggie isn't just good for building muscle but it can also energize you as well, it is full of nutritional vitamins which are great for your body.
  • Almonds
    • Almonds are jam packed with a good source of fiber and protein. Fiber is really good to eat when you want to work out, it burns the calories fast in your body and leaves you feeling great and full.
2) Pool Party Abs
       
                     I love doing this one workout it helps a lot! And all you need is a pool and your set!
  1. First, go to the edge of the pool and lift both of your legs over the rim of the pool.
  2. Next, lift your head up so that it is parallel from your waist.
  3. Now, let your arms sink into the water while you crunch up and down. Your chest should almost be touching you thighs. And remember to breath, your core should be burning in no time too.
3) Subtract The Fat

                    We all eat Junk food here and there, but when we eat it we should be able to control the portions we eat. If you ate a big and yummy dinner an hour and a half ago, But now your late night cravings are starting up again. Don't gorge yourself up on a huge treat right before bed. You should take at least half of the treat or less. And for an even more challenge try to limit yourself to only three treats a week.
